By accessing, browsing, or using The Volare Future-You Calculator™ or any associated web tools located at calculator.volare.ai or volare.ai (collectively, the “Calculator” or “Services”), you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Website & Calculator Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the Calculator.

2. Disclaimers & Professional Boundaries

2.1 Not Financial, Investment, Tax, or Wealth Planning Advice

Volare LLC and its advisors are business growth, valuation, and exit strategy consultants, not licensed financial planners, registered investment advisors (RIAs), certified financial planners (CFPs), broker-dealers, or certified public accountants (CPAs).

The calculations, projected growth rates, withdrawal multipliers, and financial outputs generated by this Calculator are provided for educational, strategic, and informational purposes only. They do not constitute personalized investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You should always consult with a qualified, licensed financial advisor, CPA, and estate planning attorney before making major financial, tax, or business sale decisions.

2.2 Not a Formal Business Valuation or Certified Appraisal

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Calculator, including its underlying mathematical models, algorithms, code, Healthy Valuation Assessment (HVA) scoring framework, text, design, and graphics, is the exclusive intellectual property of Volare LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Permitted Use: Volare LLC grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to access and use the Calculator solely for your personal or internal business planning.

Prohibited Uses: You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Calculator or its underlying logic without prior express written consent from Volare LLC.

5. Lead Capture, SMS & Email Communications

When you submit your contact information (including your name, email address, and mobile phone number) through an advisor-linked route or consultation request form, you explicitly consent to receive transactional communications, exit reports, appointment reminders, and promotional messages via email and text message (SMS/MMS) from Volare LLC.

Message frequency varies based on interaction. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

All personal information collected through the Calculator is governed by the Volare Privacy Policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOLARE LLC (AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE UPON THE CALCULATOR. IN NO EVENT SHALL VOLARE LLC’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Volare LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and advisors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or your reliance on any calculation produced by the tool.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Calculator shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Douglas County, Nevada.

9. Modifications & Updates

Volare LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Calculator Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Calculator following any posted changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
